LIFECYCLES
At the base of the effective management of any organization is the basic truth that all organizations, like all living organisms, have a lifecycle and they go through predictable patterns of behavior that repeat themselves as they grow and develop. Humans, as living organisms, also have a life cycle that needs to be managed. At each new stage of development, a person faces a unique set of challenges. How well a person faces these challenges, and leads a healthy transition from one stage to another, significantly affects the success or failure of his/her personal and professional life. Leading a person through life cycle transitions is not easy, or self-evident. The same methods that produce success at one stage can create failure at the next stage. Substantial changes in leadership and self-management are required, with an approach that delicately balances the degree of control and flexibility needed for each stage. People who fail to understand what is needed (and not needed) can hinder their personal and professional development or plunge into premature aging.
A prerequisite for taking this course is taking the "DNA of every system" and "Management styles" courses (participants who did not attend the live classes of these courses will be able to purchase the video courses at half price).
